When you work with me shamanically, it is your responsibility to continue working with the energies and wisdom between sessions. Healing requires commitment, willingness to change, patience, self-compassion, and self-nurturing. It is your willingness to transform that will anchor these new energies/beliefs/knowing into your habits and life. If something comes up in session that requires extra support for you outside of our work together, it is your responsibility to access this support - whether medical, mental/emotional (counselling for example). I fully support different styles of therapeutic support as we are multi-layered Beings anad different things may be beneficial and different stages of releasing and healing.
